Dr Oz said that raking the lawn burns 100 calories in 60 minutes, whereas you have to wash the car for 70 minutes to burn the same 100 calories.
2. Which burns 100 calories faster: stretching yoga or frisbee?
Dr Oz said that you lose 100 calories in 22 minutes of playing frisbee. If you do stretching or yoga, it takes you 27 minutes to burn the same 100 calories.
