you have also recommended drinking ice water first thing in the morning to start burning calories.I do that as well as other met. boosters -cayenne,ginger,cinnamon and cider vinegar as a mix.Deliciuos to me and really puts me on a great natural high. I do this several times a day,i feel almost addicted, am I over doing it?I am losing weight.

I was so excited to see this segment on natural ways to increase energy w/o the jitters of mass quanties of coffee. What would be the recommended strength for Guarana? I see 200 mg, 500 mg, 900 mg, and 1200 mg.
