Dr. Oz had a wonderful woman from a small village called Santa Fe in Honduras on his home remedy segment to give her home remedy for PMS, cramps, lower back pain and bloating. She makes a warm infusion or a tea out of 4 herbs: rosemary, oregano, anise seeds and cloves. The taste is bitter and it doesn’t taste great, but she swears by it during a woman’s menstrual period.
Dr. Oz said that this tea might work… we have to test it out! The four ingredients (rosemary, oregano, anise seeds and cloves) are good for boating and gastro-intestinal cramps in general, but Dr. Oz isn’t sure if it is particularly special for PMS.
