Dr Oz: Cottage Cheese Lowers Cholesterol
3. Which snack contains cholesterol?
A. Peanut butter
B. Cottage cheese
Answer: B cottage cheese contains cholesterol because it comes from dairy, which comes from animals, and animals contain cholesterol. (Did you follow that?) Peanut butter comes from plants, which do not contain any cholesterol. (I was surprised by that.)
Pam chose B correctly, while Louise chose A incorrectly.
