Daymon, like many others, said he has frequent headaches. This was the #1 complaint on Twitter from fans of Dr Oz, who attribute them to everything from noisy environments to stress and hangovers.
Dr Oz’s Twitter prescription is that headache suffers should combine Acetaminophen and Espresso for the perfect cure. Blood vessels can engorge due to whatever causes your headaches. Then they may touch your nerves, so you feel that pain.
Acetaminophen will target the problem area and clear up that sensation, while caffeine will make the blood vessels a little smaller. Are you going to give this a try?
Dr Oz: Alginate Diet Fail Remedy
Have you fallen off the wagon on your diet? Dr Oz shared a fast fix that could prevent you from absorbing excess fat if you act quickly. The secret is found in seaweed. Look for Seaweed Snacks, Seaweed Chips, and Seaweed Sprinkls, which will contain Alginate. Alginate slows the rate at which you absorb fat, hopefully giving your body extra time to digest and eliminate it instead of storing it.
Dr Oz: Phone Call To Reduce Stress
Another trending Twitter complaint from Dr Oz viewers is Stress. Dr Oz’s quick prescription for this problem is to pick up the phone and call your mother. This type of phone call can reduce Cortisol, the stress hormone, while boosting a feel-good hormone. But what if your mother is the reason you are stressed out in the first place?
Dr Oz: Prickly Pear Juice Hangover Cure
Daymon shared a tweet from Katy Perry, which said, “Remember kids, there’s a reason the word pain is in champagne.” What is that reason? Dr Oz explained that carbonation in champagne causes you to absorb it more quickly, which means you may get drunk faster.
You can cut off a hangover before it starts with Prickly Pear Juice, which targets symptoms like nausea and dry mouth. Drink some Prickly Pear Juice as soon as you think you have overindulged.
Alternately, try it the next morning as a Hangover Cure. Mix it up with lemonade and fresh mint!
