It’s time to listen up! In a big announcement, Dr Oz shared that there is one food in particular you should be eating to fight cravings. The new research has to do with short-chain fatty acids. There’s a chemical made in the colon when you eat certain foods, particularly fiber. According to Dr Frank Lipman study out of the College of London showed that when you eat those specific foods, it affects food cravings. The findings are huge, given how cravings can truly sabotage weight loss and health goals. As Dr Lipman put it, there’s a highway from our gut to our brain.
