Doctor Oz, with the help of his assistant of the day named Chris, taught us about breast cancer and distinguishing between cancerous lumps and benign cysts in our breasts. Dr. Oz said that most lumps in our breasts are cysts and that 4 out of 5 biopsies come back non-cancerous. A cystic lump will feel a bit like foam and be towards the outside of your breast, whereas a cancerous lump is always hard like feeling a pebble or stone in your breast.
