Dr Oz & Whoopi Goldberg – Light Bladder Leakage & Trudie Styler

Doctor Oz was asked a question by Whoopi Goldberg, from the View and star of Sister Act (plus many other great movies), as part of the Ask Dr Oz Celebrity Edition segment.  Whoopi Goldberg suffers from Light Bladder Leakage.  What causes Light Bladder Leakage?  And what can we do to prevent Light Bladder Leakage?  Trudie Styler, Sting’s wife, joined Dr Oz to help explain the condition of Light Bladder Leakage.

Light Bladder Leakage Causes

Dr Oz said that our urethra’s should have kinks in them, which prevents urine from leaking out of our bladder.  If you have extra weight because you could lose a pound or two, or if the kink comes out, then you could start to leak.

Light Bladder Leakage Treatments

You can treat Light Bladder Leakage by strengthening the angle to add the kink back into your urethra.  In one of Dr Oz’s segments on Incontinence & Spraying Urination, Dr. Jill Maura Rabin, author of Mind Over Bladder: I Never Met a Bathroom I Didn’t Like!, gave some tips for doing exercises with Exercise Weightss, which seem to me like it would also be helpful for treating Light Bladder Leakage.
