Dr Oz: Vitamins to Help You Look & Feel Younger
Want to look and feel younger? On today’s show, Doctor Oz showed you ways to control your blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. Find out the good, the better and the best ways to turn back the hands of time with vitamins like Plant Sterols, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Hibiscus Tea (ok, ok so a tea is not really a vitamin!) and Magnesium Supplements.
Larissa, from the audience, told Doctor Oz that she just turned 30-years-old and wanted to learn new ways to look and feel younger. Aside from that, she wanted ways to feel healthy.

Dr Oz spoke about vitamins that are critical for your health and to keep you looking young like Plant Sterols, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Hibiscus Tea & Magnesium Supplements.
Dr Oz: Alpha Lipoic Acid Supplements for High Blood Sugar
Dr Oz says alpha lipoic acid is a good way to feel younger on the insider. Alpha lipoic acid is naturally found in foods like spinach and broccoli, however, if you can’t eat enough green veggies, try the supplements. For best results, take 300 mg per day. It attacks high blood sugar.
Normally blood vessels are flexible, but when you get older and have high blood sugar, your vessels become inflamed and then become more brittle, which may cause breakage. (You definitely don’t want this to happen!)
Dr Oz: Plant Sterols for High Cholesterol
A better choice for high cholesterol is plant sterols. Plant Sterols increase the ability of the body to get rid of bile, where some of the cholesterol is held. High cholesterol causes plaque that blocks off the lining in the arteries. For maximum results, take 3 g per day. You can combine this with natural sources too.
Dr Oz: Magnesium Supplements for High Blood Pressure
If you’re looking to get rid of high blood pressure, Doctor Oz says magnesium is one of the best treatments. For best results, take 400 mg of magnesium per day. Dr Oz says magnesium should definitely be in your daily intake.
Dr Oz: Hibiscus Tea to Feel Younger
Want to fight aging from the inside out? Try drinking hibiscus tea. Hibiscus tea helps control cortisol levels to keep you younger inside.

help. Your program on May 18 talked of 3gm of plant sterols.
all I could find in my health food store was Sterols and Sterolins with Arabinogalactin.
Total Non GMO sterols is only 54mg. Seems way off.
What should I be looking for
thanks
