Dr Oz: Solve That Health Puzzle!
Wylde on Health author and alternative health expert Bryce Wylde was back on Dr Oz’s show to unveil some trending health remedies. He stuck around to have some fun with the audience in a game called Wheel of Alternative Health.
Dr Oz teamed up with Kimberly against Christy and Tina to see who could perform the best in this game. See how well you can do and how much you might learn. (Seriously, it seems like Dr Oz is trying to transition into a new career as a game show host.)
Dr Oz: Apple Cider Vinegar
What condition does Apple Cider Vinegar treat? I thought these questions were unfair, because the items can be used for many different things. The contestants had to guess the letters that could be in the word, and the game players seemed confused by this Wheel of Fortune knockoff.
Finally they came up with the answer, which was Dandruff. You can apply it to your scalp for about one minute during your shower. Apple Cider Vinegar can also be used to treat acid indigestion, according to Bryce.
Dr Oz: Primrose Oil Beauty Solution
What condition does Primrose Oil treat? Wylde said it has many benefits, but this is one of the biggest benefits, which helps to slow the aging process. The answer was Wrinkles, which one of the teams guessed with just a single letter.
Dr Oz: Name That Alternative Health Practice
Dr Oz and Bryce switched places for a new game that involved getting partners to name a natural treatment. Meditation was the first topic, but Kimberly came up short. Tina continued to rule the game, a knockoff of Name That Tune.
The players switched out and this time the word was Enema, but Bryce missed his clue because he was thinking of supplements. But I guess that’s OK, because now you know some health benefits from everyday alternative health solutions.
