Dr Oz: Shower Shoulder Stretch
Since morning is the time you set the tone for your entire day, Dr Oz wanted to share three healthy shortcuts everyone can use in the shower. First, Nicole shared a way to relieve a lot of tension in her upper back and shoulder area. After trying a hot compress and a chiropracter, she finally found something that worked. She uses a shoulder stretch where she holds her arms straight out in front of her and then twists her arms before pulled one arm across her chest and pulling it in tight using her other arm. While she stretches that shoulder, she lets the hot water run over it to loosen it.

Another great shower shortcut is to meditate while you’re in there. Often times a shower is the only time we get peace and quiet and time for ourselves, which makes it the perfect time to meditate. Dr Oz explained that you can actually help manage your blood pressure with meditation. and a shower is when you’re (most of the time) by yourself.
Dr Oz: Moisturize While You’re In The Shower
Finally, Shawna shared a healthier shower shortcut. If you have a problem with dry skin in the winter, you can moisturize while you’re in the shower. Dr Elizabeth Tanzi explained that an in-shower moisturize is convenient and quick, without a greasy feel. You can use Eucerin in-shower moisturizer, which is convenient, has nourishing and hydrating ingredients, and is formulated for sensitive skin, and it’s fragrance free too! All you have to do is apply when standing out of the stream of water and then step back into the water and rinse well.
