Dr Oz claimed that while last year, spiralized veggies were all the rage, but this year it’s about the chip! You can actually purchase a veggie chip maker upon which you’ll place your thinly sliced vegetables. Microwave for three minutes and suddenly you have a crispy, healthy snack for 1/3 the calories of regular potato chips!
