Good Morning America: Bobbi Brown
Bobbi Brown is a trusted beauty expert, and Good Morning America turned to her for some last-minute beauty tips you can pull off on your way out the door to a New Year’s Eve party or another special occasion.
Brown is “the queen of cosmetics,” according to GMA’s Mara Schiavocampo, who spoke with the legend herself.
Good Morning America: Eyeshadow Vs Eyebrow Shaping
Makeup can go quickly, Brown said, “if you’re prepared and you just know what you’re doing.” When you don’t have time to have your eyebrows shaped, choose a shade of eyeshadow that is close to your hair color.
Brown demonstrated how filling in each brow can make a dramatic difference in appearance. Use a slanted eyebrow brush to get the look.
GMA: Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss for Eyelids
Do you need to brighten your eyes? Try applying a clear lip gloss to your eyelids. It’s a runway trick from Fashion Week. But be careful about doing this. It won’t work as well if you have eyeshadow already on your eyelids.
Good Morning America: Lip Pencil for Cheeks
You can take a lip pencil and apply a small amount of the product to the cheeks. Brush it in, and if you get a bit too much, you can always simply blend it in, as Brown demonstrated on a model.
GMA: Shimmer for Dull Skin
Shimmer could be the ultimate go-to fix for dull skin. “It’s so pretty. It just gives you a little bit of shine,” Brown said as she shared another red carpet secret.
Also try it on the inner corner of the eye for a sparkling, more open look.
Good Morning America: Eyeshadow in Your Hair?
If you can’t get into the salon and you need a touchup between appointments, there is a solution. Brown recommended putting Eyeshadow on your hair. Use a large brush to fill in any gray spots. Brown said that not only can you put makeup in your hair, it will also stay in place.
Letting your makeup multitask will also make more room in your clutch when you have a great night out planned.
