Dr. Oz was asked by someone in his audience why her eyes water every single day, regardless of what the season is.
Dr. Oz said that eye watering is a protective mechanism. On a cold winter day, tears are like a windshield wiper. Dr. Oz asked his guest if she tends to have more watery eyes in the morning or the evening, and she said her eyes water the most in the morning. Dr. Oz said that this is classic, because there is probably something in her bedroom that is irritating her eyes at night, and making them water a lot in the morning.
