Dr Oz’s Just 10 Pounds program was a success! Today’s Doctor Oz Show was called Just 10 Lbs: The Finale. 500,000 people signed up for Dr Oz’s Just 10 Pound Program and changed their lives. In just 3 months, people who lost 10 pounds already have lowered their blood pressure and cholesterol. The response was completely amazing, with half of a million people signing up for Dr Oz’s Just 10 Bracelets.

Laura told Dr Oz that when she saw his program about the Just 10 Pounds Plan, she was at a low point in her life. She lost her job and was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. She stopped eating sugar entirely and lost 31 pounds, going from a size 22 to a size 14. She is still on some medications but she is close to being medicine free. Another lady told Dr Oz that she got her entire company on board with the Dr Oz Just 10 Lbs plan and she already lost 12 pounds and someone else lost 15 pounds. Monica, a mother of 3 kids who always put herself last, was 190 pounds during her last pregnancy. She saw the program and started doing what Dr Ro suggested – eating 10 meals a day, never bigger than the size of a fist. She has lost 27 pounds in just 3 months.
Dr Oz: Dr Ro’s Breakfast Plan
Dr Ro told Dr Oz that you must start your day with breakfast, because it gives you a boost to get through the rest of the day. At breakfast you want to fill yourself up with fiber, protein and even some vegetables. Plus, breakfast will keep you full so that you won’t be hungry.
A few ladies who work together at a beauty salon used to always gorge on junk food, but now in just 2 weeks one lady lost 12 pounds and another lost 13 pounds. They said that a lot of their success comes from the great support they receive from Brad Lamm to stay on track.
Judy, a lady from Orlando, started to notice a doughnut around her waist when she looked at photos. So when she heard Brad Lamm say that you should track everything you eat and get a support group, she took it to heart. She got together with a group of 20 friends and neighbors and they all have lost weight together. They weigh-in every 2 weeks to keep themselves accountable. Between all 20 of them, they have lost 115 pounds.
