Dr. Oz frequently gives health stats or levels that he would like to see everyone maintain (such as cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.) This list will be ever growing as Dr. Oz gives more “stats for health”. If we miss any, please leave them in comments below!!!
Dr. Oz’s Stats for Health:
– LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) under 100
– HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) over 40
– Glucose under 100
– Neck size under 17″ (under 15″ is ideal)
– Take 10,000 steps a day
– BMI over 40 is toxic, around 25 is ideal
