Comments to Dr Oz 99 Diet Foods List

  1. Please, if it’s posible, send us DR OZ recomendations in spanish or traslate your article to spanish because many persons does not speak english but need your important information to develope a good sttyle of life. Thanks.

  2. I noticed that most of what’s on this list can be found in what I call my grocery store’s “Hippy Section”…I LOVE shopping here when I can afford to and will totally put many of these items in my cart the next time I shop!

Thanks for breaking it down into something easy to digest!

  3. Michael Wader says:

Angel, If you want a list in spanish I suggest you print it out and you find an interpreter. If that is not convenient move to a country that speaks spanish Im sorry but the US is an english speaking country-pease adapt.

  4. Dave Stewart says:

Angel: Good request ! Thank God that not everyone in this country thinks like Michael does. He’s stuck in the dark ages. Que lastima !

  5. However, Michael has a very valid point!

  6. Unfortunately michael wader and lisa are ignorant and for them ignorance is bliss. Please print it in spanish, as in the near future they will be needing interpreters to understand spanish. The US census show the hispanic population growing and will no longer be the minoirty race. Start brushing up on spanish mikey!

  7. The true ignornace is moving to a different country and expecting them to adapt for YOU.
If you moved to germany, japan, italy or china and asked for something to be translated, youd be laughed at, and in some other countries probably arrested, beaten or harassed.
True ignornace, regardless of ethnicty/race, will always be the minority.

Just because the cencus show the hispanic population growing, it doesn’t mean you/they will (ever) be taking over any time soon. Please grow up, get real and get an education first.
Believe what you want Gerardo, but clearly all of the smart immigrants learn English or stay stuck in a life of extreme hardship. Look around you. Duh.

  8. Sue your local school district because they forgot how to teach you how to spell jason. The correct spelling is CENSUS. Just stating the facts, don’t be scared. Most people are resistant to change. Come to California and enjoy the view, u will be surprised to KNOW the truth.

  9. Mister Squiggles says:

I guess some people think that only people from the USA can read articles on the internet.

  10. Wow. I think Jason and Michael are assholes. Last time I checked, America doesn’t have an “official” language. Most people speak english yes, but there are plenty of parts of this country where you can find signs printed in multiple languages, since one of the things that makes this country great is that fact that we are a melting pot.

  11. yesssss——-list is great—–im used for my stop/shop next week——thank you doctor oz

  12. Really you all need to grow up. Here to get list for any one that needs it. Thanks Dr.Oz

  13. Maureen says:

Exactly Alishia – let’s get back on track why you’re reading this in the first place.

  14. Antigone Allen says:

Thank you Dr. Oz for all the research but I can’t find many of these items in my supermarket. Where can I buy them For example the Almond Dream Lil dreamers ice cream sandwiches.

  15. georgina says:

    Ditto Michael, and jason
