    What are the items we can eat on the above plan. I don’t understand a lot of it. Is there a menu of sorts? Thanks Joyce

    I have multiple restrictions with my food..No fruits or veggies…Dairy is also a problem, I do however strongly use Almond & or Coconut milks, (unsweetend). I do have a lot of medical issues..Please let me know if i should attempt this…..

    I started your Total 10 diet today and I made the Berry Smoothie for breakfast. I love smoothies so was pretty excited until I tasted it ad the flax oil gave it an awful taste do I have to put that in my smoothie?

    Go to the Dr OZ website and search for the Rapid Weigh Loss Plan. All the instructions are on his site. It really works if you are focused. I lost 7 lbs in12 days with no exercise and now have no regrets about eliminating sugars and coffee. The crazing are totally gone.
