Dr. Oz talked on his show about how overwhelming getting healthy can be. He’s focusing this year on giving simple, easy steps to impact health.

In a pre-taped video, Dr. Oz talked to a number of people about his initiative to Take A Step With Dr. Oz. Everyone had a step up for something different. They said they wanted to get rid of ice cream in their diet, meditate 20 minutes per day, eliminate white foods, drink more water, stop smoking, relax and be present, and do 10,000 steps per day. One woman said she was going to watch more Dr. Oz for her health.
