Nutritionist Rachel Beller says it is possible to get through the holidays without gaining weight and still enjoy the treats you love the most. She showed Dr. Oz some healthy recipes for your favorite holiday foods, including a Vegan Eggnog that contains just 170 calories per serving!

Who does not love a slice of Gingerbread this time of year, but did you know the average slice at a coffee shop contains 510 calories? Rachel Beller says that equates to 48 grams of sugar, or ten lollipops, in just one slice so she shared a healthy gingerbread recipe so you to have your cake and eat it, too!
