Dr Oz: Paleo Blackened Salmon With Mango Salsa On Rapini

Here is what you need for 2 servings:

  • Two 6 to 8 ounce salmon fillets (with skin on)
  • 1 ripened mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt-free garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 bunch rapini (also known as broccoli rabe, which can be replaced with broccolini), chopped and lightly steamed
  • 2 slices fresh lemon
