Dr Oz: What Are Bullet Journals For?
Dr Oz was back with Jill Kargman to reveal a brand new trend. It’s a stress reliever that everyone seems to be trying and it’s called bullet journaling. It’s part to-do list, part planer, and part diary. It can help you get more organized and help you be more in control of your life.
Jill admitted she doesn’t have a journal but is very organized with her files. If she did journal, she said she would write that she had a wonderful time and Dr Oz was even more great in person. Dr Oz turned to Kenisha, a blogger who shared that she loves her bullet journal because it helps her manage her to-do list without being on her phone all the time.
Dr Oz: How To Use A Bullet Journal
She uses the journal to keep up with tasks and then as those tasks are done she checks them off or reminds herself to do them the next time she gets a chance. You can also use fun drawings to remind yourself of when you’re going to accomplish certain tasks.
