Dr Oz: So Delicious vs Nada Moo vs Coconut Bliss
The first ingredient is organic coconut milk, then comes thickeners. The thickeners could cause GI distress in some people but a lot of people don’t have a problem with them. So what about the taste?
The three brands of coconut milk ice cream that were being tested were So Delicious, Nada Moo, and Coconut Bliss. The taste testers tried vanilla flavors of each brand. Coconut Bliss, which is 210 calories for 1/2 a cup, definitely has a stronger coconut flavor. On the other hand, Nada Moo has a much milder coconut flavor and is 120 calories per 1/2 cup. So Delicious is 140 calories per 1/2 cup and was very scoop-able. But as for which brand they preferred, it seems that Coconut Bliss came out on top!
Joanna admitted that if she had to choose between Halo Top and Coconut Bliss she would choose the Halo Top, but both are certainly great options and make for delicious treats.
