Dr. Oz: Online Scams
Recently, Dr. Oz has been under a lot of scrutiny. From his testimony before Congress last summer to a recent letter sent by 10 doctors to Columbia University Medical Center where Dr. Oz has been on the faculty calling for Dr. Oz’s resignation, there’s been a lot of criticism of Dr. Oz’s credibility and the medical knowledge his show provides.
However, lately Dr. Oz has been campaigning to prove himself and to silence his critics. One key piece of that is the widespread use of his name and image online by scammers to sell supplements.

These con artists are using Dr. Oz’s image and name without his permission to sell these supplements that might not even work. He’ll also come face to face with one of the scam artists who have been duping people into buying the supplements.
Dr. Oz has apparently been investigating this issue for a year and is finally ready to present his findings on his show. It’s going to be very interesting to see what he has to say in this segment!
