Adjust Posture: Studies show that emotions correlate with posture. Dr. Weil demonstrated an exercise to help you with posture. Stand up, extend arms with the left palm up, and the right palm down. Take in a deep breath and raise the arms. Lower arms and release breath. Repeat twice.
