Dr Oz: F Bomb or Fat Bomb Recipes

With so many diet fads out there, it can be hard to find one that will work for you. Lately, it seems like the one thing getting all sorts of attention is the Fat Bomb (or F Bomb). Dr Oz said that Fat Bombs (also called F Bombs) are high-fat, low-carb snacks that can help you shut down cravings and lose weight. It helps that they’re super delicious too!

Dr Oz: Coconut Oil or Almond Butter Fat Bombs

Lenelle lost 45 pounds with the help of fat bombs, while Cathie lost 77 pounds! Lenelle’s favorite fat bomb was a mixture of coconut oil with a little sweetener, almond butter, and sometimes avocado. Cathie’s favorite was a combination of almond butter, almonds, and semisweet chocolate chips. They would use the fat bombs in between meals to fight cravings and control their hunger.
